If you’re seeing rust spreading from the center caps, it could just be normal surface rust, but it’s still a good idea to have it looked at. Failing wheel bearings usually come with noise or vibration, so if you’re not getting that, it might not be as bad as Google suggests. Take it in, get it checked, and see if they can apply some rust prevention while you’re at it.
