When we first got our two VF8s, we were thrilled, but that excitement quickly faded. My husband’s VF8 hasn’t worked with EA chargers for over two months, forcing him to rely on slower EVgo stations, which now rarely work with the VinFast app. My VF8 improved after a recent service upgrade, but charging problems still come and go. This morning, I spent hours trying to charge at EA and EVgo, finally resorting to using my credit card while hoping for a reimbursement that’s not guaranteed. It’s been crazy, and I fear there are more challenges ahead.
 
Yes, I've contacted them multiple times. It's been frustrating, and I'm hoping for a resolution soon, but it's ongoing.
 
Do you know what FRS firmware version? And do you get the dreaded "yellow light" on the VF portable/wall charger? Or what else happens when it stops? There's a theory forming on some other threads, on this and other forums. 😐

I’m on the latest firmware version, but I’m still getting issues. I haven’t seen the “yellow light” yet.
