VF8 EA charging issues

My VF8's three-year free EA charge is giving me a hard time. EA chargers cannot be used with the ChargeHub app that came with the promotion. To enable charging, an EA network card is still required.

I've contacted support, but I haven't received a response yet. Has anyone else run into this issue? Do you know how to fix this problem or find a workaround? EA account codes or a repair for the app are what I'm hoping for.

You should try contacting Vinfast or Electrify America again. Maybe there's a way to link your accounts or something. Hopefully, you can figure it out soon!

Canadian equivalent promotion was only 1yr

It required me to set up payment in the VinFast App, not in ChargeHub, although the promotion is via some sort of VF -> ChargeHub -> (various specific networks) relationship.

I don't think there's any way to link a ChargeHub account to the VF account, I think you have to do it via the VF app.
