How often should I use the Hyper-Fast charging station?

I'm a bit torn about using Hyper-Fast charging for my EV. While it's convenient for those forgetful moments when I don't plug in at night, my husband worried about the long-term impact on the battery.

Is there any truth to this concern?
Can frequent use of Hyper-Fast charging significantly reduce battery life?
Or is it safe to use it regularly without worrying too much?

You have the warranty, don't worry! This is how things work. Batteries deplete over time and we can't stop this. Though, we can slow down the degradation.
