Mine came with 1yr free public charging.
It was only specific charging networks. VinFast sent me a list of exactly which ones, and they added some partway through the year.
Occasionally, wrong place at the wrong time on a long road trip, the "included charging networks" weren't always convenient. I charged a few times on other networks, cost me almost half as much as gas
IF/WHEN those chargers were convenient, it was kinda cool. This included an uptown parking lot right next to one of my favourite pubs, so we would sometimes charge there a couple of times a month, "just because we could". Had to get it to work via the VinFast app (NOT ChargeHub, even if ChargeHub was a promotional partner). Early days, the app was a little buggy, but worst-case, calling the phone number on the charger, a 24/7 support person could always make it work. These days, the bugs seem to have been ironed out, and it usually just works first time.
... but then my 1yr ran out. Now I mostly charge at home, probably 95% of the time, for a few bucks a week. Sometimes I'll use free "destination charging" if it's easy. There's also a power company near here that has FREE DCFC just to show off, "only" 50kW so DC-not-very-FC, but it's next to a nice trail to go for a stroll if the weather is good. Road trips I'll need public DCFC, and I'll now need to pay nearly half as much as gas again... but those are also pretty rare.
