12V Battery Issues

I’ve seen a bunch of people complaining about 12V battery issues with their EVs lately. Anybody else having issues with their Vinfast’s 12V battery? Is VF doing anything to fix it, like rolling out updates or offering solutions, or are we just left hanging?

Yeah, i’ve read tons of battery issues as well, where folks keep a jump-start kit handy, just in case. Honestly, a software update seems like it could be the fix for this, so fingers crossed one’s on the way!

Gosh, keeping a jump-start kit in the car feels like a crazy workaround, especially when you're driving something that’s supposed to be more high-tech than that! Honestly, I really hope Vinfast is on it.

I don’t think it’s all about the battery, to be honest. I’m pretty sure it’s more of a software or firmware glitch. It’s kinda scary because the car’s just straight-up freezing in the middle of the street…like its lost all connection to reality. Definetely not something you wanna deal with while driving around.!
